General Magic

In 1990, the brightest and most creative minds form General Magic. These trail-blazing entrepreneurs create the “next big thing” in Silicon Valley. By 1994, the company produces a handheld, wireless personal computer—in essence, a smartphone. The catch…it’s two decades too early. Without the world wide web to support communication, General Magic crumbled.
