"Maggie Kang was born in Seoul and grew up in Toronto, where she attended Sheridan College and studied classical animation. Currently, Kang is a director at Sony Pictures Animation. Chris Appelhans is a director at Sony Pictures Animation, having studied illustration at the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, Calif. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife Maurene and their cat."
