In this witty dark comedy, Langston Stanfield (Marc Maron) is a self-absorbed actor who, after receiving a terminal cancer diagnosis, becomes obsessed with securing a spot in the Academy Awards® “In Memoriam” montage. In his ensuing quest, Langston tries to find meaning and redemption at the very end of a misspent life, particularly through his therapist (Academy Award® nominee Lily Gladstone), two of his ex-wives (Judy Greer, Sharon Stone), and a daughter he has never met (Talia Ryder). Director Rob Burnett (the Emmy Award®-winning former executive producer of 'Late Show with David Letterman') deftly explores ego, humility, and legacy with plenty of humor and heart.
