In their intimate feature debut, filmmakers Lexie Bean and Logan Rozos blend their experience of being young trans men in America with a global look at the growing suicide rate among trans teens. Through the stories of two trans teens who are no longer with us, they explore grief, identity, mental health, and the struggles that come with affirming trans boyhood. Winner of the Amnesty International Film Award at the Berlinale, WHAT WILL I BECOME? examines the vulnerabilities of the transmasculine community while ultimately celebrating the joys and triumphs of being LGBTQIA2S+.
