Start preparing for the holiday season! Join us on November 14 for another round of create your own Aquavit as we explore the flavors of winter and discover the traditions behind Sweden’s beloved holiday spirits. Chef Ulrika Bengtsson will demonstrate how she prepares her traditional Swedish wine glögg live, while guests enjoy tastings and learn the history, spices, and techniques behind this festive holiday favorite. Björk will complement the experience with a selection of upcoming winter menu items, along with a few traditional Scandinavian classics. Following the program, each custom blend can be steeped at home in time to drink for the holidays. All materials will be provided except the alcohol or non-alcohol substitute.
