Our popular Nordic Summer Jazz Series returns to Scandinavia House, with performances from some of Scandinavia’s most talented jazz musicians, composers, and singers in Victor Borge Hall! On June 4, join us for a night with Norwegian-born saxophonist and composer Ole Mathisen. Mathisen has been a celebrated figure on the New York and international jazz scenes for over three decades. Renowned for his technical brilliance, adventurous compositions, and remarkable versatility across genres—including classical, jazz, electronic, and experimental music—Mathisen returns with his group to Scandinavia House to perform his latest work Majorana Zero Modes.
